why am I getting notice that my price can not be more that 2 dollars when I want to checkout why buying product

Thanks a lot for reaching us out!

I have checked your website and yes, I can see the pop-up window that warns that the subtotal can't exceed $2.


It happens because in your Settings you set up $2 as a"Maximum allowed order subtotal"



In order to change or cancel it, in your Ecwid Control Panel please go to Settings>General>Cart>Checkout settings>Maximum allowed subtotal field and change the amount or just remove it.
Do not forget to save the changes.

Thanks. Have been able to proceed but with another problem. At secured checkout with 2checkout it says error code PR 102. I don't understand.

I am sorry that you faced this issue.
Checkout systems gives you a parameter error if your account is in status where it is unable to make live sales.
I would suggest you contacting 2checkout technical support for assistance: https://www.2checkout.com/contact

The most frequent causes for a parameter error are:
- Attempts to make live sales through demo account
- Attempts to make live sales while your account is in status P(inactice for live sales)
-Required parameters are missing or there is an invalid data.

Please, check your account and make sure that your account is not in status P.
Again, please contact 2Checkout support team directly in order to solve this issue.
