No longer receiving Order Emails


We are no longer receiving order emails to our Gmail account.

A week ago, our Google Drive went over capacity and our Gmail account was suspended until we purchased more storage. This went unnoticed until yesterday, and the last order email in the inbox is Order 19419 from Sept 23rd. About 5 orders came in since I fixed the gmail account yesterday morning, but none of those order emails arrived in the inbox.

We have tested the inbox and it is working fine.

I'm guessing your mail-server got sick of receiving bounce backs and maybe flagged it?

Please advise,

I checked our mail server.
Indeed our mail server received bounce backs several times when tried to send notifications to your email address. After these attempts your email address was put down to a rejection list.

At the moment we removed this ban successfully. Now you will receive all Ecwid notifications.
