On the first picture your product weights 0.77 g, on the 2nd picture I see weight limit 0.10 - 0.05 g. The product is beyond limit for that shipping method - 0.77 g is not between 0.10 and 0.05.

To show shipping cost, you should set up the shipping method, so that the weight limit matches any valid set of products (like 0.5 g - 1 g).

You might have made a mistake and set the limit 0.10 - 0.05 g when you actually meant 0.10 - 0.05 Kg (100 - 50 g). And anyway, a product that weights 0.77 g will not fit even a limit of 100 - 50 g.
You should also put the smaller limit first: 0.05 g - 0.10 g (you have it in reverse now).
Please, check this up.

Sorry, we don’t speak Spanish. You may try to double your posts in Spanish, the shorter the better, we will try to translate.

Thanks friend and I think understanding it little by little the idioma.Cambie everything, but what measures would you recommend putting your weight on the limits?

Watches: 0.07 kg

Bracelets, necklaces: 0.04 kg

All other things 0.02 kg

If people buy many things happen to me weight limit, I think, for what weight do you think I should wear? Sorry to ask so much trouble understanding the language but I have explained very well thank you very much greetings from Spain

Because your products are typically under 1kg, you should continue using grams as weight unit, it is usually more convenient.

For a weight limit in your shipping method you might put 0 - 1000 g, for example.

Is there any real weight limit from your shipping service? If not, you may put unrealistic numbers, like 0 - 1000000 g, any order will fit.

Thank you for clarification. You should use grams as weight unit and a 0-1000 g weight limit on shipping. Do you have any more questions about shipping?
