today the only answer I receive from the Wix plugin (in the editor) is

We're sorry, Online Store is experiencing problems, .

Through the site(https://www.nixies.ch/boutique)I receive
We're sorry, this content cannot be displayed. Please try again later.

That's a bit puzzling, any help will be appreciated!

I'm having this problem as well. All was working fine and then all of sudden while changing the background color it changed from my products to it saying there was a problem. I've tried closing out of the editor and coming back but no luck. Help pleaseeee.

Hi there,

It's Alex Flint from Ecwid Team. Thanks a lot for your post. I am here to help you.

Ecwid should work in all browsers with no problems. I'd like to let you know, that I've visited your Ecwid store on your Wix website in the Chrome browser and as I can see, the store appears correctly. Still, I understand that this may look different on your website and this might be an environmental issue.

We want to help you troubleshooting this. I've emailed you with a request of some additional details. Please, check the inbox of the email address that you used to create your Ecwid store.
