Hello,

I am sorry that you are facing this issue.

I have checked your store in FireFox and it loads fine for me. Please, check this screenshot: http://take.ms/2Slo6

The issue may be caused by something in your system environment (extensions, scripts on the site, etc) which may stop Ecwid widgets from proper loading. Please, let me know the following details that will help us troubleshooting (NOTE: all the questions are important):

1. What operating system and device are you using?

2. If you open it from another computer that uses a different ISP does the issue persist?

3. If you open your Starter site, how does it work? Your Starter site is http://store2137250.ecwid.com/

4. Can you open our demo store in Firefox? http://www.ecwid.com/demo-frontend.html

5. Are you using browser extensions and antivirus software on your computer? If so, please enumerate them.

6. Please, post here the screenshot of the full page when the store is not loading.

Look forward to hearing from you.

1. What operating system and device are you using? HP Pavillion 7, 17" screen, WIndows 7 64-bit

2. If you open it from another computer that uses a different ISP does the issue persist? Only have Windows XP on other computers. Haven't tried.

3. If you open your Starter site, how does it work? This is my Starter Site now, http://emv.nfc.terminal.creditcardsprocessing.co, but it does not load properly in Firefox. My other Starter site, http://store2137250.ecwid.com, does not load properly in Firefox either. When HTTPS is used with both starter site URLs, I receive an error message as well coupled with the fact that they aren't loading properly. However, both starter sites work fine in IE and Chrome with or w/o the SSL installed as it should be using HTTPS. https://creditcardsprocessing.co/index-9.html

4. Can you open our demo store in Firefox? http://www.ecwid.com/demo-frontend.html. Yes

5. Are you using browser extensions and antivirus software on your computer? If so, please enumerate them. No, Browser extensions have never been enabled. Yes, Antivirus is McAfee; Anti Malware is Spyhunter 8

6. Please, post here the screenshot of the full page when the store is not loading.

Hello!

Thank you for your post!
If I understand tou correctly, you are already having your custom site with Ecwid (https://creditcardsprocessing.co/index-9.html), you’ve also entered this URL in your Ecwid Control panel. Then you follow your your site you are getting an error of ‘Your connection is not private.’, right?

As far as I can see this is the problem of SSL certificates conflict.
I’ve visited your site (https://creditcardsprocessing.co/index-9.html) and everything seems to be working in a right way.
I guess that you’ve already installed an SSL certificate on your web site and it solved the problem.

If there is anything else I can do for you, please, don’t hesitate to let me know.
