Hello, I have an integration with Litmos for online course purchasing. In some cases, the purchases are taking up to 24 to go through and notify Litmos, which in turn notifies the user. We use authorize.net. What could this problem be? Is there ever a delay with instant orders?
Ecwid ION requests are sent right after an order has been placed. An ION message could stay in a queue for a few seconds before it's sent, but that shouldn't cause a significant delay.
Such a delay could be caused by the fact that the endpoint on your side didn't respond. I'd recommend to carefully test it - probably, the issue is on that side.
