Shipping & Delivery has changed by itself, now not applying my setup anymore


Hi there,
I've build the site and integrated ecwid store couple of months ago. It was working perfectly for 4 months. Now when I try to order anything from my store, I cannot select shipping options anymore which are:

1: shipping fees apply for selected cities
2: shipping fees apply for selected other cities
3: over an amount shipping is free

It was working and either I, as a webmaster, or my customer did not update any setting.

Now all it shows is "Sorry we cannot deliver to this address" text. I have no idea how it happened? Please help a.s.a.p.
