I'm very sorry you've faced this problem! I'll be happy to help.

As I understand, everything worked just fine before your site got an SSL certificate. I've inspected your shop page and found out you're having the same problem as Richard from another forum post where I explained why this happened and how to fix it, please, take a look.

In short, some of your images you altered by means of CSS in the Ecwid Control Panel → Settings → Design → Custom CSS Themes, have HTTP URLs instead HTTPS/SSL ones and thus all browsers block them—browsers don't load HTTP resources when your site runs on HTTPS. To solve the problem, you should simply replace all HTTP URLs with HTTPS ones and make sure these links work correctly.

I've checked your CSS theme and see all the HTTP images are hosted by e-shopdesigner.com—a online service that allows you to build your own theme for your Ecwid shop—and all these images can be loaded by HTTPS as well. So, as a quick fix, I suggest you go to the Ecwid Control Panel → Settings → Design, hit the "Edit Theme" button and replace the existing CSS code with an updated CSS code I made and uploaded for you. That should do the trick.

Please, try this out and let me know whether that has worked for you or not.

Thank you so very much for your help. My website has individual menus for each category. Do I need to update the embed code in each page given the theme has now changed?

Really appreciate your help

I have replaced the theme design code with your new code. The Add to Bag buttons still not working yet...

This is the script for the Mothers Day Page currently...

The CSS code I provided you with has nothing to do with the embed codes or scripts. As I can see, you've already added the CSS code to the right place: your active custom CSS theme in the Ecwid Control Panel → Settings → Design → Custom CSS Themes. And, again, as I can see, all store pages work correctly now. See a screenshot:

Can please you confirm that? If the problem's still there, please, let me know the following:
 1. A direct link to the page on which you reproduce the problem.
 2. Info from our diagnostic page (you can copy and paste it in respond to this message).
 3. Are you able to reproduce the issue in another browser?
 4. Are you able to replicate it on another device?
 5. Send me some screenshots that illustrate the problem.

Thanks in advance and hope to hear from you soon.
