Remove shopping bag rollover subtotal

Hi I have looked everywhere for an answer and cannot seem to find what i'm looking for. I want to remove the rollover text subtotal when i hover over my shopping bag. Is this possible?

if possible I would like to keep the rollover text of the amount of items in my cart while removing the subtotal.
