storefront slow load time

hello i'm new here
i just started a new store and everything is fine the only problrm is storefront page takes about 50 seconds to load !!! the paypal checkout takes about 90 seconds to appear i tried it on chrome mozilla explorer with deffirent devices and deffirent browsers and still very very slow
even with one product and one image still very slow
i don't use any adds on
is it a problem linked to free plans ?
must i upgrade my plan?
