Arrow Orders Do Not Show Up In Control Panel

I'm having difficulty showing orders . . . any orders . . . in the ecwid control panel. Email notifications are sending just fine, and the "all orders" number keeps ticking up, but I cannot view or print any orders or invoices. It doesn't matter what date range is entered either, such as lifetime, today, this week, this month, etc. The orders are also not showing up in the "Unfinished Sales" section either. Does anybody have any idea what's going on here? Any help would be much appreciated!!!

I have checked your site and have not found the problem you described. All orders are shown as they should.

Could you give me mored details how we can reproduce this issue? Your browser and OS version, etc.

I'm on a Windows 7 64bit Toshiba laptop, typically using Google Chrome version 21.0.1180.83 but I have also tested using Internet Explorer version 9 and Firefox version 14.0.1. I'm not certain how to reproduce the issue because it happens periodically. Today, for example, the cart is showing all orders as they should, but only for the past few days (not over "lifetime" or "quarterly" for example).
