Correct German translation of the term "brand"

Hi,

Please correct the German translation for the term 'brand' in Ecwid:

wrong: "Brand"
correct: "Marke"

In German, "Brand" is another word for "fire"....

Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for your report.
Would you mind providing us with some additional information?
Is this the exact translation?
Could you provide us with a link to another store or site with an example of this phrase?
We need this information to add the correct translation into Ecwid database so that it is available for all users.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Liza,

Please have a look at this page from Google Merchant...
- in English: https://support.google.com/merchants...r/160161?hl=en
- in German: https://support.google.com/merchants...r/160161?hl=de

...and compare the identifyer's name in the table Types of unique product identifiers.

I hope this helps.

Hello,

Thank you for the provided information. I reported this to our engineers. The translation will be added to the admin panel in one of the future Ecwid updates.

Talking about the storefront, you can change the Brand label yourself from your control panel, on the Catalog -> Product types page.
