By default Ecwid detects the customer's browser language and shows the store in this language accordingly. I checked your account and as I can see, you have various storefront languages enabled. Thus, if you open the store in a browser that uses English, you'll see the store elements in English as well.
I checked your website on my side using a browser that has the German language as a default one and I can see the store in German, please take a look at the screenshot:
If you'd like your store to always appear in German, please:
- open your Ecwid Control Panel > Settings > General > Regional Settings
- click "Manage Languages" in the Storefront Languages section
- disable all languages besides German and save the changes
As you do this, the store will appear in German regardless of the customer's browser language.
