Thanks a lot for your question!
This thread is about our old plain text notifications. Recently we have introduced new HTML-notifications. The templates for them consist of some text information and variables.
You can edit this template and change the texts and the look of the messages the way you need. It is possible to rephrase or translate the texts to any language. To edit the template please go to your Ecwid Control Panel > System Settings > Mail, scroll to the template you want to modify and click the "Edit" buttons.
The variables work in a different way, their values are loaded from Ecwid servers:
- Order confirmation, Successful Registration and Password Reminder email templates load translations for the notification basing on the language that your customer sees on the storefront;
- Order shipped and Order status changed templates variables depend on the language you have set in your Ecwid control panel, please refer
