Hi everyone,
Apologies, if I'm asking my question in a wrong section.
How can I save the invoices on my computer's hard drive? I can see how to print out the invoices, but not how to save it on computer or forward it.

thanks for your message!

In order to save the invoice on your computer, please, follow these steps:

- Go to My sales > Orders > click 'Print invoice' button.
- On the opened page click 'Open PDF in preview'.
- Click 'File' > 'Save'.

The exact instructions here depend on the type of browser and operating system you are using.

If you want to save several invoices at the same time, tick the orders and click 'Print Selected' button in the end of the page.

Thank you for your reply! That's the missing part of the jigsaw puzzle. I expected to see it there too, but I don't see it anywhere. It has on the right hand side: fit to page, zoom in, zoom out, and on the left hand side the printing options. That's when I'm using Chrome. I've just tried to do the same in IE, and it just opens "print" window where no saving available either (no clickable preview). I know it might be not a question to the Ecwid team, but maybe you have dealt with this before?...

That's when I'm using Chrome.

When you click on "Print Invoice" in my My Sales > Orders, do you see the following printing layout http://take.ms/h1T3B ?

As you can see, "Open PDF in Preview" should be located at the bottom left corner.

If you see another layout when you click on "Print Invoice", can you please send us a screenshot, so we can inspect it. Thank you.

In you case, please click "Change" below "Destination", see the screenshot: http://take.ms/TtCq8

Then, click "Save as PDF" below "Local Destinations", see the screenshot: http://take.ms/aRL6X

And the last step is to click "Save button" at the top left corner, see the screenshot: http://take.ms/nIQPk
