Hello Lana,
Thanks for supporting, I updated the code but nothing changed.
Is the printable invoice generated by my website or by Ecwid backend? This doesn't seem to be a translation issue, but I'm not a specialist...

If you are going to change the wording in the invoices generated in the Ecwid control panel, then no code can help that, unfortunately. If you are going to change the wording for the invoices that your customers print from the storefront after placing an ordern, then a properly placed code should change it. So, what exactly invoices are you trying to change?

The first option. If that isn't possible then I'll have to send the invoices manually.

Hi, Also regarding the printed invoice:
I use the field INSTRUCTION FOR CUSTOMER under Payment Type to get delivery instructions and tips to find the location easier.
How can I have this field, or any other field, printed in the invoice, so the delivery person can have easy access to it?
Thank you.

Hello,
If you want your customers to leave comments for an order on checkout you can use Order Comments tool that enables customers to enter their comments for an order on checkout.
This order comments block is shown in order’s details on “Sales” page in Ecwid control panel:
In email “placed order” notification:
%order comments% tag is used for it. You should paste it in Ecwid Control Panel > Settings > Mail > Notifications > “edit message” option.
And in printable invoice in bottom left block:
So your delivery man can have easy access to it if s/he has printable invoice or it’s copy in his/her hands.
“Order comments” box can be enabled in Ecwid Control Panel > “System Settings > General > Cart > Order comments block.
I’ve inspected your store settings and it seems that you have already added %order comments% tag in your notifications and “Order comments” box is also works fine in your store.
Can you please clarify where exactly you don’t see order comments details?

I am using the ecwid store on facebook and want to change the invoice. I see you have code for a website, but as of right now we are only doing the facebook page. Is there a way to change the code in the facebook store so the invoice says This is an Order Confirmation. This is not an Invoice. DO NOT PAY.
Thank you

Hello!
Well, theoretically applying JavaScript for custom translations (i.e. changing texts in your Ecwid store) can be made possible. You can switch from using our app for Facebook to a custom installation of Ecwid on Facebook, and simply add this code there. Please, refer to this article for details: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...lationFacebook
Still, we wouldn't recommend this approach.
Also, just to make sure we're on the same page here:
Are the printed invoices essential in this case? We have mail notifications, that serve the exact same purpose of order confirmation, and you can edit them to your liking (while the line suggesting printing the invoice can be simply hidden by means of CSS).
Also, most of the messages in this thread date back to 2012 and 2013. Since then we've both improved invoice template, and included the ability to edit invoice template (available to our Business plan users): http://help.ecwid.com/customer/portal/articles/1815637
Hope this helps!

Hi there,
I think we can help you to solve your problem. We are running Printout Designer app on Ecwid that allows you to create and design custom templates (change format, translate, add images, QR codes, barcodes etc) using our simple drag and drop interface, so you don't need to mess with HTML and CSS. You can create invoices, packing slips, labels and more. I think that we can help you to streamline your document generation process and make it more efficient.
You can try out the app for free for 14 days: https://my.ecwid.com/cp/CP.html#apps...ntout-designer
If you have any questions please write us printoutdesigner@actualreports.com
All the best,
Tanel from Printout Designer
