Integrate with Magic Toolbox picture plugins

I am trying to add my "Add to Bag" button to a Magic Toolbox picture caption within a div.

Magic Toolbox say you can include any html in an image caption, see this page, click the laptop image and see the image with caption and add-to-cart button.

From Magic Toolbox website:
Caption
There are 5 ways to add text to the enlarged image. The default is <span>. For example:
<a href="big.jpg" class="MagicThumb"><img src="small.jpg"/><span>Here is some text</span></a>

You can also show a caption via the image alt tag:
<a href="big.jpg" class="MagicThumb" rel="caption-source:img:alt"><img src="small.jpg" alt="Here is some text"/></a>

Or via the image title tag:
<a href="big.jpg" class="MagicThumb" rel="caption-source:img:title"><img src="small.jpg" title="Here is some text"/></a>

Or via the link title tag:
<a href="big.jpg" class="MagicThumb" rel="caption-source:a:title" title="Here is some text"><img src="small.jpg"/></a>

Or by using a <div>, which can include any HTML tags that you wish:
<a href="big.jpg" class="MagicThumb" rel="caption-source:#example"><img src="small.jpg"/></a>
<div id="example">
<h3>This is a heading</h3>
<p>This is more text. Format it however you wish.</p>
</div>

However every time I try to put my code for my add-to-bag button into the "example" div, the page won't load.

Can anyone advise if this should be possible? I have contacted Magic Toolbox and they said they don't know why this is.

Thanks...
