Hi Michael,

Can you send us a screenshot of the error message as well as describe the exact steps to reproduce it?

Also, to troubleshoot it, can you try connecting your Ecwid store to your website from another browser?

Thanks!

Hi! I have installed the latest ecwid Plugin for my Wordpress.org website (v. 5.4.1.) at www.mikuri.ch. When I try to connect my existing store I get a "404 error" site can not be opened. Opening the store page and the store demo page works fine, just connecting my store doesn't work....

Follow up on this: my console shows the following errors when I click the connect button:

The script from “https://d1q3axnfhmyveb.cloudfront.ne...43666078.js” was loaded even though its MIME type (“text/html”) is not a valid JavaScript MIME type.
cp
Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/fbevents.js”.

Hello there,

Alexandra from Ecwid support is here, thanks for reaching out to us! I do apologize for a delayed reply here—we are currently experiencing high contact volumes due to the impact of COVID-19 and many merchants going online, hence the delay.

As I understand the issue was caused by the plugin misconfiguration and it was successfully resolved. If you need any other assistance, please let us know.
