Hallo! I've just installed new payment system (Robokassa - http://www.robokassa.ru/en/Index.aspx) on my website (online shop administered by Ecwid - http://izdatelde.ru/store/ - my URL). The problem is that it doesn't work correctly:
1) the money for chosen item is being delivered successfuly, coming on Robocassa' account, but the order from the online-shop (http://izdatelde.ru/store/) does not finish (a customer does not receive any assurance that the order is completed, no specification - nothing but notification from Robokassa that money are passed by...)
2) Technically, this is the matter of correcting scripts (of my shop administered by Ecwid), as I can understand it. Technical support of Robokassa says that scripts on my Result URL don't work. They don't receive information that comes from Robokassa, do not process it or give any correct answer to the Robokassa' system. So these scripts don't render the purchase (order) in a state 'done'(paid).
3) Script that is placed under Result URL have to return OKnMerchantInvID

Причина проблемы в том, что эти адреса не правильные. Правильне адреса вы можете найти у себя в контрольной панели Эквида. Откройте страницу "Настройки → Способы оплаты" ("System Settings → Payment"). Найдите метод "Robokassa" в списке и нажмите ссылку "Настройки". ("Account details") Появится попап-окно, в котором перечилены те адреса, которые вам нужно скопировать в Робокассу.
Это должно решить проблему.
