As a workaround, you can add a form with questions to the last checkout page using this mod: http://kb.ecwid.com/How-to-show-spec...d-page-is-open
Can you clarify how to use this mod?

This mod allows to show specific text or HTML code on a particular Ecwid page. Do you need the instruction on how to install it?

1. What text and where do you want it to show in your store?

2. First please vote for this idea: http://ideas.ecwid.com/forums/22031-...ers-?ref=title

The account number i ask for is for customers I already have (etc. that come into my store, or make phone orders) Every customer has different pricing so I need to know what customer Im dealing with.

I want to show text at the very end of completeing an order. I would like to say " Thank you for submiting your quote, to speed up the process you may call us directly at 714-564-9100. Thank You"

Thank you for the clarification. I think it will be much easier just to rename some language label: http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/15853268/...-in-storefront
For example the "OrderConfirmation.thank_you" one.

What do you think?
