Mike, I reverted the notification template back to the "system default" and still it only shows the one item:

your best bet is to have Eugene investigate your store further, I'm sure he will be able to resolve this...

Thanks, Mike! I submitted it as a "bug"... so hopefully we will be able to get it resolved soon and get the store going. I've been so impressed with ecwid... just have to work out the little bugs. Thank you for your help!

I had my site built and one thing is left out, how do i add a how did you hear about us area on the page where people check out? Please help, I need this or I will have no idea on what marketing is working for me...Thanks in advance. My e-mail is Suzydb@msn.com if anyone can let me know! Again, Thanks so Much!

Unfortunately Ecwid doesn't support such a feature out of the box now. Please vote for this idea if you want to have it implemented: http://ideas.ecwid.com/pages/22031-i...mize-on-orders

As a workaround, you can add a form with questions to the last checkout page using this mod: http://kb.ecwid.com/How-to-show-spec...d-page-is-open
