holiday message still visible


Recently I placed an "away on holidays" message in my store. Now I can't find where that message is located to turn it off. I've gone through all of the email templates and the message is not there. The email this appears on is the email confirming the order to the customer.

When I created this message I'm pretty sure I just modified my order confirmation but things have now changed in the Ecwid format and I can't find the message to revise it.

Please advise.

Thank you very much for your question.

I have checked your email templates in your Ecwid control panel > Settings > Mail, "Order Confirmation", "Edit" and was not able to find the holiday notice text there. It is also not present on the email preview: http://take.ms/EaurF

Can you please attach a screenshot of the email where this notice appears? This will help us to identify where this text is located.

hi Clara, thanks for getting back to me. I dug a little deeper into my site and found the holiday statement and have deleted it. I found it in one of my custom email notifications. It was tough to find and remove due to the changes that have been made to the new Ecwid site format.

I am very glad to hear that the issue has been fixed. And I am sorry to find out that the changes in the Ecwid Control Panel made it tough to find the way to changing your mail notifications.
