Add the message from the customer to my notifications mail


Hi all!

I have the possability that customers can leave me an message for their order.
My problem is, that this message is not forwarded to my mail-notifications when I recieve the order.

Is it possible to add the message to the mail-confirmation!?

Hello,

Some time ago we released the new HTML e-mail notifications for all the Ecwid users. However, for the ones who were registered before this update, they were not enabled automatically. Enabling them should basically solve your issue since there's a special section for Order Comments which you are looking for.

In order to enable the HTML mail notifications you need to:

1. Access your Ecwid Control Panel,

2. Proceed to the System Settings -> "What's new" tab here:



3. Enable the HTML notifications here:



That should do it. If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.
