Hi, I want to track my inventory and be notify when low, but I do not want my customers to see it. Is there a setting I can use to only track it on the back end, but not be shown on the front end for customers to see ?

You can apply CSS modifications to your store via custom CSS themes under the Design tab in your control panel. Please refer to this article for the details:
