Greetings All,

The site I'm developing is having severe difficulties with Safari 6, I've recreated the problem on 6.04 and 6.1.2. Essentially, once the user gets to the order pages, they are not able to add anything to the bag, by clicking on the "add to bag" button, on pages with sizes, the drop-down is not functional, and the quantity field is not functional, either by using the add/subtract arrows or by entering a quantity. This is a major issue for the client, as they are obviously loosing sales. Is there a solution to this issue?

The site in question is: www.mysmokingplace.com

I believe this is a Safari 6 issue. While working on a machine with 6.1.2, changing the User Agent to Safari 7 from the Develop menu, all the above referenced issues disappear.

TIA

Best regards,

The Design F/X Team

Really? No one else is having this issue with Safari 6.x.x? There has to be a solution....

Joe

Hello,

Sorry for the delay with the answer.

We have inspected your site and reproduced the issue in Safari 6.1.3. As long as your simple store at https://store4536284.ecwid.com/simple-store works perfectly fine, the issue is most likely caused by your site itself. The reason may be in one of the plugins you have on your site or by your site theme components. Please, try disabling the theme components and plugins to see which one exactly influences the store functionality.

I suppose the issue may be caused by transition plugin, like this one you have on your site:
Code:
<script src="/templates/rt_hadron/js/load-transition.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
Please, let me know the results.
