Sure! In Ecwid there are several ways to do that. You can set up the datepicker option for all your products or you can request the delivery date/time information about the whole order when it is being placed. I also wanted to add the delivery date and time option.
But when I go to Catalog -> Product -> Option only the date option appears, not the time.

Can anyone please help me?

Hi,

If you want your customers to leave comments, i.e. the delivery date and time, on checkout you can use Order Comments tool that enables customers to enter their comments for an order on checkout.

"Order comments" box is enabled on the System Settings -> General -> Cart -> Order comments. Order comments can later be available in order details on Sales page of Ecwid control panel.

But when I go to Catalog -> Product -> Option only the date option appears, not the time.

The datepicker option allows to pick the date, not the time. In case you want your customers to provide the time of delivery, I recommend you using the text-field or text-area option input type, or enable order comments.
