Good afternoon. I have a mobile site at http://m.cardellneckties.com, and I have added the html code for Ecwid. Now when I build the mobile site, which I use Duda Mobile Site Builder through Dreamhost, I can see the Ecwid widget working well. However, when I republish the site, it never works on any cell phone, etc. I usually see the loading bar when I navigate to another page, but when I click on my "Shop" page where the widget is located, nothing shows up. I've chatted with Dreamhost, and they said that it was a plugin issue with Ecwid. When I did some research, I found out that Duda Mobile does not support Javascript. Is there any coding to get around this? Please Help!!!http://m.cardellneckties.com

Your issue with integrating Ecwid into a Duda mobile website in most cases may usually occur only if something was done wrong while the installation process. Please, check if you did everything right referring to the video tutorial here: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...s/1830873-duda

However, as you mentioned, the issue emerges when you republish your website. Check if the link to your Store page does not change while republishing - it might confuse the browser so it loses the link to Ecwid store.

I took a look at your website and noticed that the “Shop” link in the main website menu does not lead to any page of the very same website. Instead, it leads to your Starter Site.
Apparently, you have changed the link so that it would redirect your customers to the Starter Site (which is also a solution because the Starter Site is also mobile responsive).
However, due to that I can not possibly investigate the issue with the Ecwid widget for Duda because I can not dive into that “Shop” page’s code to see if the Ecwid widget for Duda was installed correctly.

If you checked the links and brushed through the installation process and sure that everything was done correctly, then, please provide some additional information on the republishing process (what does it do exactly?) and I will do my best to help you.
