Hello,
I have checked your store settings. This issue occurs because you have enabled the "Send transactions to test server (no charges)" in your TransFirst payment method settings, while using the live account the payment gateway side. Please go to your Ecwid control panel -> System setting -> Payment -> Payment methods -> TransFirst account details and untick the "Send transactions to test server (no charges)" checkbox, please, check the screenshot: http://take.ms/aSxvw This should fix the issue.
