Hi,

I have noticed that if using chrome 31.0.1650.57 m on a windows 7 machine my store loads rather poorly taking an eternity to display information.

With firefox, internet explorer seems to run fast. Any help would be appreciated.

I have created a HAR file of this example. To whom and how can I send it?

Thank you. However, the HAR file you provided doesn't seem to be valid - the HAR viewer tool returns "JSON evaluation Failed to parse JSON" error.

How did you get that file?

Hello I have created file in windows 7 using chrome latest version ... regarding your other questions performance also varies using direct links to store from time to time. Please try to create a HAR file yourself if possible.

The HAR file created locally also didn't work. By the way, as you probably noticed, the HAR file name was automatically populated by Chrome as 'accounts.google.com' - I think that's also caused by the issue on the site: whatever page is loaded, it refreshes itself few times which is why the Network resources loading information is wrong. I believe those refreshes could also be the reason of the slow loading issues.

The issue reproduces on any page of your site, so I believe it's not related to Ecwid. I'd recommend trying to disable your plugins one by one and checking your site performance - that will help you to detect heavy or slow resources, hopefully. Especially, I'd recommend paying attention to social plugins like share buttons and so on - they often slow down site. Please also refer to these extended recommendations:
