Basically, you can align your minicart widget with the help of this CSS code:

div.ecwid-minicart.dragdrop-dropTarget {
    margin-left: 60px;
}

Place the code to your active CSS theme in your control panel > Design > Edit theme button. As a result, it will be centered, like this:



As a side note. I inspected your site and found out that you installed Ecwid to it using Integration code. Please, keep in mind that you can use the improved design and widgets settings if you add your Ecwid store to your WordPress site using the Ecwid official plugin. As a result, you will be able to set up the needed Shopping cart widget and its position on the page, like this:
