Error Message: This payment method is temporarily unavailable. Error details: Order not found. Please choose another payment method.


I've developed a custom payment method that redirects customer to an external page for credit card details

Everything works fine up to the point of updating Ecwid order status to PAID but the returnUrl shows the above error although "orderId" and "clientId" are both correct

What am I doing wrong and how can I return customer back to Ecwid's Thank You page after the successful payment?

Most likely, the returnUrl may be incorrect here.

That's correct because I'm trying to figure out what's going wrong with my custom payment code on the LIVE store while the same code runs without problem on the TEST environment.
