Hi

I am trying to upload products to the webstore, however I get an error saying that "cannot upload image" for each SKU.

The CSV I am using is attached for your reference. I want to note that I have already tried to uplaod smaller number of SKU's per csv file (went down to 2 only) but this still did not work.

I have tried also to use the public folder from dropbox and link the images through their server, however I am getting the same error.

I have previously been able to successfully upload images via the csv method, so I do not know why it is not working.

Please advise.

Our engineers confirmed the bug with the images import. The import tool does not upload product’s image in some stores at the moment. We are currently working on this problem. I will keep you informed in this thread. We are very sorry for this issue.

WHEN ? This is really causing me problems - got 275 products to upload - Can't run the shop

Sergey - One of the main reasons I purchased the subscription to Ecwid was the bulk import capabilities for stock. Without this in place, I feel that I am not getting what I paid for.

Please fix ASAP or I would like my money back, as currently I am paying for something I cannot use.
