Hi David,
Sorry for the delay.
If I get it right, you have a problem with finding the integration code that will help you to add Ecwid to your website.
I am really sorry to hear that you faced with this issue.
Basically, Ecwid store can be added to any website with two ways:
- By widget code (any website)
- With help of ready plugin (Wordpress, Joomla, Wix, Drupal)
To add your Ecwid store to the website with help of widget code, please proceed the following steps:
1) Go to https://my.ecwid.com, log into your Ecwid Control Panel
2) Click the Create store image

3) Click "I have a website" button
4) Choose "Other platform" option
5) Grab the widget codes and paste them to your website
If you are using one of the site builder, mentioned above, please check this articles for instructions:
- Joomla: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...1070399-joomla
- Wordpress: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...5563-wordpress
- Wix: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...es/1213172-wix
- Drupal: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...1182186-drupal
If you have no website yet, you can use Ecwid Starter Site. Starter Site is a basic website with your Ecwid store embed. You can find the link to it in your Ecwid Control Panel > System Settings > General > Starter Site.
Please check this article to find more details about Starter Site feature: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...5-starter-site
Hope this information will be helpful for you. Please let me know if any further assistance is required.

Still Missing
Hi, am trying to set up a client's store, but when I go to the dashboard, all I see are Sales, Catalog, Customers, no place to find code. I can't find that image you have above in dashboard.
The store is already created. There is a startstore up and running, but I need the code to add to his WP site.
Also, is it possible to add the store to both a FB page and to a WP website at the same time?

Hi Jefferis,
Thank you for your question.
Basically, if yo want to add Ecwid to the Wordpress site, you don't need to use the widget codes.
The best way to add Ecwid to the Wordpress site is using of our plugin.
Please refer to this article to learn how to set it up: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...5563-wordpress
Ecwid can be added to any site, which allows you to edit HTML code using the widget codes.
You can find these codes here: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...-ecwid-widgets
As for Facebook - yes, it's totally possible to have your store added both at the website and the Facebook page.
It's one of the main Ecwid advantages: you can sell your products at any amount of sites or Facebook pages at the same time.
Please refer to this article to learn how to add your store to Facebook: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...70942-facebook
If you have anymore questions, please feel free to ask.

Odd, either it is my slow connection or something has happened... When I added the store to WP using the plugin, it disappears from the client's FB page
Also, I cannot find the Getting Started tab on his ECWID dashboard that has the widget code...
Also, I don't see an option for determining what shows on the store home page. I see one item, but not the other active item. Both are in subcategories...

Hi Jefferis,
I am sorry for the delay with the answer.
Please, provide as the URL of the site page, where your Ecwid store is placed.
We'll take a look on it and give you an advice on how to proceed.
I am looking for your response for further troubleshooting.
