I've got a website i built using very basic html and I've added the java script code that you generated for other platforms, but the store front on my site stretches the thumbnails massively! any help?

I inspected the provided links and found out what you mean. The thing is, Ecwid adjusts to the area where it is inserted. So, the images sizes can be different on different sites.

I inspected your account settings and found out that you use large product images at the moment. To fix the issue you may want to change the image size to Medium or Small in your control panel > Settings > Design page, like this:



As a result, product thumbnails in the grid view will be smaller.
