I've checked your store again and have found that you're using JetPack Wordpress plugin. We figured out the problem (that Ecwid store on Wordpress site doesn't show up) is connected with this very Wordpress plugin. The problem is caused by the latest JetPack module update (JetPack is a third party Wordpress plugin). Please refer to this post for the details and the solution:

Hi there, I am really stuck as well, my store has worked for a couple years now and it just stopped. It is connected correctly I thought between ECWID and my WordPress site, but something is very wrong. It is suppose to be here. http://www.dowpublishingllc.com/store-2

Thoughts on how I can get this to show up. My starter site works perfect.

I have checked your site with the store and it opens and loads fine for me. Does the issue persist? What the issue is exactly? Do you see any errors?

Also you can try to update the Wordpress plugin. Please let me know if this helps.

Thanks Liz, the issue i have though is you can go directly to it, that's good, but when I am in my WordPress Dashboard and I press "Visit Store" it is no longer a link. I also for some reason can not add it to my menu so there is no way I can get it added to my site that folks who don't know the direct link can get to. Does that make sense?

We’ve recently released a new version of Ecwid plugin for Wordpress.org. There is no more the “Visit store” link, Ecwid control panel is managed from your Wordpress Dashboard. You can find the link to your store in “Pages”. Please give us a screenshot of the page with the “Visit store” text that you see.

I entered your site at
http://www.dowpublishingllc.com, clicked to open the store and go to the page with no header, footer or sidebar there. The same thing is observed on other pages, not only on Ecwid store, for example here - http://take.ms/Hlr23 It’s something in your site template that changes the layout of certain pages. Have you done any changes? I’d suggest contacting people who made the site for you, or the author of the Wordpress template that you’re using, and ask to look into this.
