What is the limitation on html that can go into product description?

Hello, I'm just trying to get a feel for ecwid - what is the limitation on what you can put into the product description? Like would a simple nav bar go into it okay? (ie just links to other pages related to that product, for example).

Thanks!

You can put into the product description whatever you find to be appropriate there. The only technical limitation is that the scripts are not executed by default - they are not stripped out or blocked, they will be there when you open a product page in the storefront, but they won't run because of the way how Ecwid composes the product details page - the fastest method, most compatible with all sorts of browsers doesn't run the scripts.

So, you can use pretty much anything in the product description, unless it is a script. For example, I've seen movies from YouTube and other platforms in the product descriptions.
