Hi, currently the user have to generate a link to view their order from the store and the orders is display on the shop page. in addition to that, they have to login to my site for booking other services.

is there a way to link the Ecwid user order to Wix user order to eliminate double login? And/or at least display the user order on a separate page from the shop page? so I can replace the Wix user order page with the Ecwid one.

I am afraid there is no built-in option to implement what you described.

We have an idea to develop a Single Sign-On feature for Wix that allows users to sign in the site and the shop using the same credentials. However, at the moment, there is no ETA when it will be implemented, I am sorry. I've added you to the list associated with this feature so we could notify you once there are any updates.

It also might be possible to develop a Single Sign-On feature for your website by creating a custom solution via Ecwid API: https://developers.ecwid.com/api-documentation. This will require advanced programming skills and knowledge. You can do it yourself, hire a developer or contact our customization team. They will review the task and if there is a solution, they will be glad to help you, on a paid basis.

Hi Anastasia

Then is it possible for me to get an embed code for the sign in/ track order like the shop footer?
So I can put the login on the navigation bar and put the tracking order on it own page. It kind of awkward for my shop to have those at the bottom of the shop and everything else in the navigation bar.

I want to make a stand alone page with an embed code like this.

I tried this Frankenstein here where I embed the store/login into another page, but it didn't work at all. The user just get redirected to the shop in the store page instead of order tracking.

But it still got the store header which can be confusing, I want the sign in/order tracking on it own page instead of piggy back off the store page.

Hi Ann,

This is Valerie from Ecwid team. Thank you for your reply.

I've checked the links you've sent to us and this Orders Tracking page works correctly. So your customers enter their email address and receive a sign-in link that leads them to the page with their orders (screenshot). As this page is a part of your Ecwid store, your customers will be able to go back to the store page using the Continue Shopping button at the bottom of the page.

The Our Products title that is displayed at the top of the page (screenshot) is added with the help of built-in Wix Editor tools. So if you want to remove this title from the Orders page you need to do it in the Wix Website Editor. If you need some help with it, please, contact Wix support at https://www.wix.com/contact/en and they will guide you on how to delete the store header from the Orders page.

You can also move the Orders Tracking link in the website menu to its own separate block so that it's more visible for your customers. You can do it in your Wix Website Editor in the Menus and Pages section.
