I want to review the code and make some format changes, exactly where are the html pages located on ECWID? Also, why can't I see the pages in my ws-ftp program where I can also make changes directly if I so choose.

Ecwid is a SaaS solution, all the data is processed and stored on our side, HTML code is closed for editing, updates, features upgrade and fixes are done by our team and rolled out to all Ecwid storefronts. So basically you don't have to worry about updates or bug-fixes or security - our team cares about all these, and you configure your store and sell.
