ecwid is best by means of logcalization. I only skipped currencies translations, but the other part was translated in couple of hours. Usually if you start to localize you stick on that for week. I think ecwid is good for drupal and other CMS also, but at the present all my sites is on WPMU, so I give ecwd a try on WP
