"Behind Ecwid Ajax popup"

Hi,

Everytime I checkout or go to any of ecwid pages I see a backround of "Page not found" for a second, and if i move the ewcid popup i can see that. Is there anyway to change that? for example change the text?

quick example: http://screencast.com/t/Ys0XAsqM1x

Thanks

I have checked your store and it seems everything works properly there. Could you, please, confirm, if the problem still exist and provide me with browser version where it can be reproduced?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.

The message you discovered ("Page not found") was not generated by Ecwid, rather was it shown by your site. It is a standard CMS message that means that the site doesn't contain the requested page. In your case, it was Wordpress who generated that message.

For example, you can open any non-existant lin on your site and you will see the same message: http://www.vtigermodules.com/somename/

On the other hand, if you inspect your store outside of your site, you will see that there is no such message:
http://app.ecwid.com/jsp/1917138/simple-store

Why that message appeared: it was most likely caused by improper way of implementing Ecwid. Did you use Ecwid Wordpress plugin?
