I've updated my iPad3 to ios7.

Now none of my store functionality seems to work anymore in Safari.
Works ok with Chrome on ios7.

On all pages with the ecwid shop integrated (shopping bag or product browser) a grey 'loading' bar appears in the middle of the screen & continually tries to load without any shop functionality appearing. The website is displayed ok in the background.

Was working ok with previous ios Safari version.. still works ok with other devices, browsers & computers.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Have tested ecwid demo site & its not working either with ios7 / Safari - same error, grey loading bar etc

Thanks for your help - i was in private mode without realising it - switching to normal sorted it out. Interestingly (kinda) with Chrome in private mode it works ok

Cheers

Thank you for the additional details, Steve. We've reproduced this problem. You're right, if mobile Safari private mode is enabled, then Ecwid doesn't load properly.

We will fix this issue.

Gary,

Do you mean the same issue with the private mode?

Default iOS 7 issue

Hi,

Mine is a public user mode. I view the site as public. Site stop loading with a grey loading bar right in the middle.

Im sorry, but it was the save mode and i didnt realized it because of the colour. But in save mode, ecwid app does still not open. With the previous version it was working in both modes.
