Hello Ecwid, I just noticed today that my cart transaction crashes safari on an iPhone 4s IOS 7.0.4, do you have any suggestions on how to remedy this?

http://www.mfwolik.com/shop/

I hope to upgrade to the venture plan in the coming months, many thanks in advance..

I updated my phone to no avail, now running iOS 7.1.2 and having the same problem. The cart transaction crashes safari when customers click on the "Continue" button in the Payment Details part of the transaction. Please help..

Hello Ecwid, So it's one month later and I'm very happy to have upgraded my plan but still having this problem?

My cart crashes Safari on iPhone.. Is there anyway to fix this? Or can you tell me how to automatically redirect all mobile/smart phone users to the "starter site" without having them click a link?

http://www.mfwolik.com/shop/

thx in advance..

Hello Michael.

Thank you for contacting us. I checked your Wordpress store page http://www.mfwolik.com/shop/ on iPhone (Safari & Chrome) and on Android. I was able to reproduce this issue on iPhone when the web browser crashes after you click 'Continue' on the shipping address step on checkout. I will report it right away to our developer team and get back to you when I get a response from them. Could you tell me, can you reproduce this problem on our demo store http://www.ecwid.com/demo ?

This issue may be caused by your current theme in Wordpress or the plugins that you have.
Also, you are able to change your Starter site URL so that it points to your domain, for example 'mobile.mfwolik.com' or 'm.mfwolik.com'. You can find instructions on how to do this here: http://help.ecwid.com/customer/porta...5-starter-site

Thanks for replying Vitaliy.. The crash does not happen on your demo site or my starter site, this is why I'm interested in pointing smartphone purchasers to the Starter Site. I have not be able to figure out the pointing yet so..

Please let me know if your developers find the conflict that's making the crash happen.

Hello Michael.

While we are investigating the cause of this issue, you can use this plugin as a workaround: https://wordpress.org/plugins/equiva.../installation/
After successful installation, activate this plugin and add a link to your starter site in the plugin settings.
In order to do that, please:
1. Go to Wordpress control panel > Plugins > Add new > Enter 'Equivalent mobile redirect' in the search field.
2. Install and activate this plugin
3. Go to Wordpress control panel > Pages > Store > Edit > go to the bottom of store page editor and insert a link to your starter site in Mobile URL field http://store4191018.ecwid.com/
4. Apply changes made to your store page

Also, yo can change Starter site URL to 'mfwolik.ecwid.com'. In order to do that, please:
1. Log into your Ecwid Control Panel
2. Go to the System Settings → General → Starter Site page
3. Click Change Starter Site URL button.
4. Enter a name into field "Use our subdomain"
5. Click 'Save'

If you have any further questions, I'll be happy to help.

Many thanks Vitaliy, that redirect and new name works great. I would still like to know what the conflict is... I imagine it may be one of my other plugins, let me know if I can help in anyway..

Hello Michael.

You can provide us with the full list of all your installed Wordpress plugins, that will help us investigate this issue. I will let you know as soon as we make any progress on this issue or if I need more info from you.
I'm glad to hear my workaround helped you. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
