Bandwidth info

Hi Guys,

Product looks good, just one question.

What are your bandwidth limits and bandwidth excess charges?

I'll be selling mainly digital products, some quite sizeable pdfs of online magazines, 50+MB per copy, so I'll need to factor that into my pricing per sale.

Thanks, Ed.

Just a quick edit addition to this, just thought to ask about storage too, doh!

Tho if it uses my own wordpress site's functions for this then no problem. If it uses a separate storage and bandwidth from you guys, I'll need to know the figures.

Thanks again.

Hi Ed,

We don't have any bandwidth or storage limits at the moment. The only limit we have is that you cannot upload files that exceed 100Mb.

Isn't it great? : -)

Yes that's fantastic! Was my last question before I signed up for the silver plan. One FINAL question though (kind of related...) - when will the customer file upload option be live?

Thanks, Judi

This feature will appear in v6.0. It will be released in about 4-5 weeks.
