Add new product to inventory dynamically

Is there a method to add new products to your store's inventory dynamically. For example, if I have a website where users can sell items by filling out a form, I would like to take the information from the form that they submitted to create a new product. Is this possible using the Ecwid api?

In order to generate oAuth2 codes, you have to register an application. You can do this here: https://developers.ecwid.com/register
