Yea, driven insane. This seems like the easy stuff. Why is there an app for my Facebook page but NOTHING I can do with it? Can't access it from ecwid anywhere: round & round: account settings, dashboard. profile. Nothing I do to MY Store in ECWID shows up in the Facebook app?
Can't sign in anywhere : Ecwid I can do all kinds of things in Ecwid, put I dare not sign out. Keeps saying it doesn't find my email ... where is the eMail I put in.... did the sign up ever ask me for an email? https://app.ecwid.com/jsp/2053122/simple-store

I'm able to open your Facebook store from your page - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Maddi...p_251458316228
It displays your products and categories. Could you clarify what the problem is in detail?

You can manage the store from your Ecwid control panel at my.ecwid.com. You signed up via your Facebook profile, so when you need to sign in at https://my.ecwid.com/cp/ you can select Facebook from the form "Using your existing account:" on the left. If you're having difficulties, please email to login-issues@ecwid.com, we'll send the login email to you.
If you want to access your store link from the Ecwid control panel, you should submit the store link at System Settings -> General -> Store Profile page, field "Store Front URL". This link will be put on "Visit Store Front" button in the upper right corner at my.ecwid.com.

What it was was: I had to put my store ID number in some field. Can't remember that being said in any "Getting Started" instructions?
Now, I'm trying to figure out how to make videos available for download. I may have worked out how to link to Youtube for a preview.
Next, Audio files. Will there be a preview available? Can I link to something like SoundCloud for a preview?
Then, eBay.
