New orders missing from My Sales > Orders


Hi,
I've received two new orders today (#30 & #31) and I've received the notifications via email (plus accompanying Paypal payment emails). The orders appear on the home page dashboard, but they don't show up in My Sales > Orders, so I can't print any paperwork. The last listed order is #29. If I click on the order ID #30 or #31 from the dashboard it takes me to the Orders page but with no results shown.

Store ID is 7124033.

Any ideas why today's new orders are not appearing?

I've checked your control panel and was able to reproduce the issue on my side.

We're extremely sorry for this situation!

I've run our internal tool that allows to re-index the table with orders and this has fixed the issue—you can now see the orders #30 and #31 on the list.

Once again, we apologise for all the trouble! Could you please check your order list and confirm that everything's OK now?

The dev team has fixed the problem and all further order should appear on the list just fine.
