import error

Hi there

I keep getting an error on the Quantity. I have tried every format. My first test using your sample file did not give me errors but I have noticed that none of the quantities were imported. My second attempt I tried to reformat the column and now I get the errors no matter what I do.

Thank you very much for the message.

Please, try to change the delimited in your CSV file from comma to semicolon and try to reproduce the issue.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for the reply.

In order to change the delimiter in CSV file, using Excel, please try the following instruction: http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/e...010099725.aspx

Glad to inform you, it seems we were able to find the issue in your import file.

The reason: empty values in shipping freight fields.

Please, try to import the following file(attached) with the following settings: http://awesomescreenshot.com/05633gg5ed

Please, try this and let us know if any issue still persist?
