No longer receiving emails from Ecwid


I had to change my main email address this past week.

I did make the change here at Ecwid, and delete my old email while adding the new one, but ever since I added the new email address I have not received any of the usual messages from Ecwid when I make a sale or when order status changes.

I'm getting email from Paypal just fine.

Can anyone help me?

Hi Douglas,

I am so sorry to learn that you faced this issue.

I inspected our mail server history and found that the admin notifications from Ecwid were successfully delivered to your email address <D******jo@m*********t.net>

The last order confirmation mail notification is about the order # 102.

Can you please try to search messages from notifications (at) ecwid (dot) com in your mailbox? Please, just in case check filters and junk folder.

Wendy -- but that's NOT my email address anymore!

That email address should be dead. I entered the new one into my Ecwid profile and it is displaying correctly... but somehow all the email seems to be going to my OLD address, which should not even be active anymore.

Can you help me? What you've done now is just confirmed the problem. Is there somewhere else other than my Ecwid profile where I have to change the address?

Dear Douglas,

I am so sorry to learn that you faced this.

In order to change the email address for the admin notifications, please go to your Ecwid control panel > Settings > Mail page: https://my.ecwid.com/cp/CP.html#mail

Scroll the page down and click "Change" button in the "Mail settings" area. Save changes after editing.
