One store with multiple sellers?

Hi! I'm looking to start an online store together with friends who live in different parts of the world. For this we need to be able to have everyone participating be able to manage the store and add new products etc and get shipping info and take out funds to their accounts.

Is it possible to do this with Ecwid?

Unfortunately it isn't possible with Ecwid yet.

Check X-Cart Pro, possible it will work for you.

Oh, that's really too bad! X-Cart Pro is too expensive and seems like its harder to set up.
Maybe we'll stick with Ecwid anyway because it seems easy to use. But you really should implement this feature! People could make their own mini-Etsys.

Well, I agree that it would be a great feature.
Please vote for this idea: http://ideas.ecwid.com/forums/22031-...ulti?ref=title , once it gets more votes, we will implement it.

It is possible, if one person is the administrator and payment is taken through one payment account.

The other merchants simply send a csv file of their products to the administrator who then imports them.

Default But then how would you recommend handling payments

Uploading products of other merchants isn't a problem, but how would you recommend each merchant getting paid for their products?
