Cannot Upgrade, Ecwid keeps getting stuck.


I have tried emailing the billing several times today and have not had a response yet. I have contacted my bank and they show on my account all of my attempts (5), yes, I tried to make it work 5 times and the bank even went in and pre-approved the transaction for the last 2 attempts so we know it is not on my banks side.

What in the world does someone need to do to upgrade their account? So far I am not impressed and am very concerned a customer down the road may have a similar problem with my store site.

Any ideas anyone?

This was a single issue with the upgrade. We are very sorry that it happened.
Our automatic system identified this issue, and at the moment we do our best in order to fix it as soon as possible.

Please do not worry about orders processing in your Ecwid store. Basically, there are thousands of orders are processed by Ecwid every hour. The process of receiving money for your sales in Ecwid is secure and safe.
